Exportation Documentation Services Offered by Liberty Gold Mines LTD:

At Liberty Gold Mines LTD, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive export services for gold to various destinations worldwide. Our services are carried out under the licensing of our trusted shippers, ensuring compliance with all government and regulatory requirements set by Customs regulations and the Bank of Ghana and California State Authority .

Our gold export process follows a strict protocol, including the issuance of Assay reports, invoices, packing lists, and all necessary documentation for customs clearance. This is followed by the preparation of Airway bills with detailed consignee information for secure transportation to the designated destination.

It is important to note that all gold exports must adhere to the regulations set by the Bank of Ghana, which requires the advance payment for the gold export to be wired into Ghana before shipment can commence. No credit terms are offered for gold shipments, as per the BOG regulations, emphasizing the need for prompt payment before the export process can begin.

Liberty Gold Mines LTD has established special arrangements with our dedicated end buyers, allowing shipments to the destination refinery before full payment is transferred to Ghana. We strictly adhere to the policy that only smelted gold in the form of Dore bars can be exported to guarantee purity verification for accurate invoice valuation during customs clearance.

The total cost for our export services is calculated at 5% of the export value, based on the prevailing World Marketing spot price on the day of export. For further details regarding export charges and invoices, please do not hesitate to request the export charge sheet from our team.
